Shipping methods & shipping costs

Standard shipping is free within Germany (Deutsche Post – Warenpost).
The shipping costs in the EU are €3.99. Shipping is free from an order value of 75€.
Shipping outside the EU is EUR 7.99

Returns

We have the claim to make you happy with your order. In case of damages or other impairments please write us an email and we will find a solution for your problem immediately.

If it comes to a return, we will contact you immediately after receipt and initiate all further steps.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer to bear the costs for returns and ask you to stamp your package sufficiently in the event of a return. This is how you make sure that your package gets to us.
